We invited guests to an unforgettable evening honoring the world’s most delicious bivalve. In true True Chesapeake fashion, we served a four-course dinner with wine pairings that explored the oyster from every glorious angle — raw, roasted, fried, and beyond. This one-night-only experience was a love letter to the oyster: the brine, the butter, the crunch, the surprise. Whether guests were lifelong oyster lovers or just dipping their toes in the half shell, it was their chance to taste them like never before — in ways that were classic, creative, and downright craveable.

Guests jumped into a night of flavor at Coast to Table at Costiera, where five mouthwatering courses met five perfectly paired wines! Guests got cozy in an intimate setting as Chef Brian Lavin and Wine Specialist Monica Baker, Sustainability Ambassador for Jackson Family Wines, shared the secrets behind each dish and sip.

Off the Menu with MARTA: A Culinary Experience

Off the Menu with MARTA: A Culinary Experience offered guests a five-course dining adventure featuring exclusive dishes not found on the regular menu at Marta, all prepared by Chef Matthew Oetting. Each course was paired with a wine selection from Old Westminster Winery, enhancing the flavors and elevating the experience. Before serving each dish, Chef Matthew personally introduced the ingredients and inspiration behind the dish in front of them. Guests will also heard from the sommelier of Old Westminster Winery, Joey Fox, throughout the evening. After each course, guests were invited to share their feedback allowing them to be part of the culinary journey from start to finish.
